Paintings by Kim Ratigan: Back from Schomberg
http://kimratigan.blogspot.com/2014/09/back-from-schomberg.html
Monday, September 15, 2014. Back from Schomberg Street Gallery and it was a lovely show. A lot of wonderful artists and a pretty fair turn out of people. Although it was kinda overcast (sunbeams would have been better) Mother Nature did allow us to stay dry and it didn't rain! Met some interesting people and other artists, and stopped by to say "hi" to a few I've shown with before: Linda Shantz. Also met and chatted with my "booth neighbour," Robert Magee. He is a fellow Burlingtonian! Luv me, luv my dog.

Out of the Blue: There is nothing wrong with me.
http://thebluestudios.blogspot.com/2010/05/there-is-nothing-wrong-with-me.html
Monday, May 24, 2010. There is nothing wrong with me. I have helped this woman with her cat, her apartment, taken her to the laundry mat for months as a favor to her because she doesn't have a car, and delt with her fucking alien crazies because I'm a nice fucking person and believe in giving others the time of day when no one else helps them because everyone deserves kindness no matter how nutty they may be. Saturday, June 5, 2010. Oh, Old Navy. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. You're awesome (1), you have great skirts (2), and you're cheap (3). And did I mention your awesome gypsy like skirts that fill me with giddy glee? You know, the ones that were ON SALE TODAY! Behold, bitches. Giggidy-giggidy-goo. Doesn't the embroidery look like Polish Pottery? OMG that sexy BowFlex commercial just came on tv. It has "Power Rod" Technology. : snorts: Need I say anymore? Skirts. Yes. I love them so. And a quick recipe, and for those who actually read what I write on here, I apologise.
