The Truth about the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Watkins Building. The town won in court but appeal is in the works. June 20, 2011. On Tuesday June 14th the district court ruled in favor of the P and Z. I lost for 2 reasons. 1) My attorney was not prepared and failed to listen to me. 2) I did not expect town staff to misrepresent the truth and in one case straight out lie! This is not over. I will appeal in Circuit court if I have to… and this time I’ll be ready! June 7, 2011. Read All About It.
