So let me show you this nice photo I took in Israel last year. It was my birthday a couple of weeks ago, I'm now 30! I had a nice day, but couldn't really do anything to celebrate properly because I have a broken foot right now. It is in a cast and has been for weeks. I get it off soon though. Waveney Valley Athletic Club. Welcome to our running and Junior Athletic club which is based in Lowestoft. We are a happy, friendly and social club with over 150 members, half of seniors being ladies, and around 90 juniors. We welcome new members of all abilities, from beginners to more serious runners.
