Weapon of FAT destruction. Gaining my confidence back one pound at a time. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. This morning I got on the scale and it read 178 a loss of 4.8 pounds since last week. I guess that fill I got last week helped more than I thought. Only 2 more pounds to get to 40 pounds lost. Today was the first day of pre school for the princess- she is usually an early bird and wakes me up between 7 and 7:30 but today on her first day I had to go and wake her up at 8- figures. Lazy days of winter.

I Love to sit and read (in this case catch up) on the lives of these inspiring women, I love the insight, nuggets of wisdom and humor that comes through- I just hope that my blog helps and inspires someone as well. I drove to Olympia in rush hour traffic, the normal hour and a half drive took closer to 2 hours BOTH ways. It was very frustrating. I saw the Doc he gave me a lecture about how what I was doing wasn't healthy. DUH! And I could cause all sorts of problems if I didn't get it taken care of. Couldn't let THAT go to waste, so it went to my waist. I felt awful after eating that. It was SO sweet and disgusting. But it was good, it reminded me I shouldn't be eating that junk anyway. Losing Weight Feelin' Great. In February 2012 I had Lap Band Surgery. It was the best decision I ever made. I lost 50 pounds pretty quickly. I felt AMAZING! But this wasn't my goal. My goal was closer to 150 pounds, so I still had a long way to go.
