I loved the nights when we would have these for dinner. Homemade applesauce and sour cream! So this one is for Katy! 8 medium Idaho potatoes, peeled. 1 sweet (Vidalia) onion. 1 c half and half (whole milk can be substituted). 2 eggs, slightly beaten. 1 T baking powder (or matzo added to the flour). 2 T melted butter. Mix it together and put over cooked pork chops. Then sprinkle in some Hot Pepper flakes. Serve over rice. Monday, July 7, 2008. 6 bone-in pork chops. 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
