Monday, February 20, 2012. Now having tried HCG with hormones, and HCG without (current one at GNC) I would not recommend. I was not satisfied with any results. It is now Feb 20th and I have lost a total of 22 lbs, which i would say is mostly my own success of becoming a vegetarian and eating right with a good workout plan. CLA and Safslim have helped me reduce inches and tummy fat, which has been great, but if I plan on HCG again I will take it from the sites recommended on the cheap HCG blog link.
