Weight of a Lifetime. The best is yet to come. October Review — November Goals. November 2, 2015. Me, here. I’m still in quarantine. I’m also curled up under a blanket with a bag of ice on my head because I have a raging migraine and I feel as if it’s going to make my physically sick. But that aside, lets see how I did last month, shall we? Eat Better: Stick to the Food List. Zumba at least twice a week, three times preferred. Focus on being healthier not thinner. Read one book a week. Get my car fixed.

Weight of a Lifetime. The best is yet to come. October 5, 2015. Good evening bloggers,. I must say it’s been a long, tiring, enjoyable weekend and a pretty decent Monday, all things considered. That was essentially my weekend Saturday was a haze of rain, work, naps and a really pitiful Oktoberfest. Though, the Oktoberfest wasn’t all bad; the food was overpriced and lacking but the beer was good and so was the conversation. How was your Monday, my friends? Guardians of the galaxy. I love that movie too!

I hate feeling okay and then ten, fifteen minutes later just wanting to sleep. I hate feeling like I’m walking around with the x-ray vest the dentist puts on you. Weight of a Lifetime. The best is yet to come. November 5, 2015. I’m choosing to believe it’s the cold (and subsequent lack of caffeine) for the time being because that sounds better. I must say, though, the passed two nights dinner has been phenomenal (even though it’s not on the approved dinner list). Veggie based pasta w/ kungpao shrimp and avacado. Kungpao shrimp and pasta. It was quick, easy and filling. Breakfast: Spinach, pb2, banana and yogurt smoothe. 8WW pts. Do any of you do meal planning?
