Where food and fitness collide. Can TV Kill You? We all knew it would happen one day, when electronics would rise up and take over the world. In reality, it is our fault for making them so intelligent. What I really want to talk about is an article on the MSN homepage. Thursday entitled Your TV is Killing You. By Christen Brownlee of Men’s Health. She states that the average American is watching 5 hours of TV a day. (Ok, so you are not the average. But, please read on.). Type 2 diabetes by 20 percent.

Though I live and work in the DFW, I actually have ready access to a beautifully wooded area near my office. I have been biding my time for the perfect moment when I could go for a lunchtime walk.
