Thursday, 10 April 2008. Tonight I weighed in at one pound below goal. I was so excited! It always surprises me when I stand on the scales and I have lost. Every week I feel like I haven't really changed and then I go stand on the scales and there it is.another pound or two! I guess I am living proof that if you follow the program for most of the days in a week, you will lose weight. My leader has asked me start helping out at my meeting starting next week. Monday, April 6, 2009. My weight continues to go up. What the heck is going on? My food intake has been about the same. If anything, I wasn't eating enough points with that Taco Soup (2 or 3 points a cup - I don't remember which with a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese thrown in for fun making it 5 points per bowl) Maybe my body was reacting poorly to undereating?
