Who I am Not. February 21, 2013. Where to Start…. It’s hard to make major changes. But if you know you need to make the changes, then just go. Do it. Here are the steps I took. Know what you are doing – research/homework. Don’t have “Cheat Days”. No Maybe you jump off plan from time to time when it’s worth it. But to plan a day of unhealthy indulgence on a regular basis? Very rarely do I ever actually need to go down an aisle in the middle of the store other than for the occasional condiments, personal hygiene products or the chip aisle for a bag of pork rinds. January 8, 2017. Now, first of all, I just want to say that I had zero idea that a 3 gallon tub of ice cream weighed so much. Also, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a 3 gallon tub of ice cream. My goals for this week are to stay within my calorie goal, to drink 100 oz of water a day, and to work out 4-5 times.
