What did I do in 2011? I obviously didn't get around to blogging in 2011. Here is why:. In March we traveled as a family to Portland Oregon for my brother Varon's wedding. We traveled from Portland to Moses Lake WA to visit my parents. Then we drove back to Portland for the wedding. Then down to the bottom of Oregon for the reception and back to Portland. We had a great time being with family, the only draw back was that we all took turns being sick. It wasn't pretty! I arrived home just in time for Stak...

He has enjoyed going to Young Mens, mutual, firesides, and the Priesthood session of General Conference. This month we are planning a trip over Fall Break to attend the temple so that he can do baptisms. I am really proud of him. He has been working really hard on a few goals. The first one is in scouting. He just received his life scout rank. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

I wanted to make sure that we got a family picture before Kjirsten left for school. So Easter weekend we attempted to coordinate our schedules. We even tried to coordinate our clothes. I wish that our family picture would have turned out better, but the sun was not in the right place down by the lake . oh well. Here is what we ended up with. Posted by Warren and Kristen Jones. Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Last year, Craig's brother Bruce, had the idea to have a camp-out with his brothers. It all happened the last weekend of June. They met at Williams Lake in Washington (near Spokane) on a Thursday night and camped there through Sunday. They had a good time fishing and relaxing at the lake. They caught a total of 24 fish, but Craig only caught one. Bruce, Carl, and Andre. Craig, Andre, Bruce, and Enoch. They also went cliff diving.Craig loved it! They are growing up WAY TOO FAST!

It was a play and Clayton was a sheep. The primary children did the play. I can't believe I only have one child left in Primary! Actually that isn't true, Breanne just accepted a calling to teach Sunbeams and Kjirsten will be our chorister again when she gets home. TaraLyn has had a Christmas Cello concert with her private lesson group and one with the school orchestra. She also went with a smaller group to play at the tree lighting ceremony at the Children's hospital. Christmas is now over and I never f...

Monday, August 30, 2010. It was right on the beach, a short 10 steps down some stairs and we were in the sand! It had big windows that looked out over the ocean! And even better, since it was a mid-week stay, we got a great deal; only $150/night! Here's a picture of the view out the front windows. This is a picture of the front of the house, standing on the beach. We were on the middle and top floor. There is another condo below us. Views of the inside of the condo. We spent lots of time beachcombing!

http://jonestribe7.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
I just wanted to post a picture of one of TaraLyn's. Posted by Warren and Kristen Jones. My goal for January 2010 was to finish some projects that I started last year or maybe even before last year and hadn't finished them. The first one that I finished was my upstairs hallway. I painted the stairway the light green last Jan. or Feb. and started the hallway but ran out of paint. I never bought anymore paint and so it was unfinished for a year! I love the new warm color. Clayton began his birthday by dressing up to be a boy in the 1800's. He had a field trip. To the one room school house here in town. He packed his lunch in his pail (He had a sandwich made from homemade bread, and apple and a homemade cookie. They weren't suppose to bring chips or anything that was packaged.) He had a great day on his field trip. At the end of the school day I took in cupcakes and ice cream for his class. Got to eat half of it. After dinner he went to cub scouts and shared cupcakes again.
