Vegetarian Chicken and Dumplings. 2 cups vegetable broth. 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup. 16 ounces chick'n (chicken substitute- for this recipe, I used Quorn Chick'n Tenders). 2 cups frozen peas. 2 TBSP minced garlic. 1 TBSP freshly ground sea salt. 1 TBSP parsley flakes. 1/2 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp parsley flakes. 2 TBSP melted butter.
