So i hurt my head last night. slipped on some ice in front of a friend's house and banged it up good. i felt all strange - totally out of it. and this morning i have lots of pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder. so i'm shamelessly looking for sympathy. please send me your love! And given that time is rather tight these days as well as the fact that i'm one of those new concepts (read - can't afford dividers) offices, it makes it rather difficult to update the blog. That being said, i feel that particular sort of pleasure that arises from blogging coming back. hmmm.well, how about this? Thursday, July 28, 2005. Went over to my yoga teacher's house last night. i've been facsinated by her so was quite interested in getting a bit of a glimpse into her life. well, did we ever! Is she ever a partier! She could and did easily drink us under the table and then some.stories are more sordid but i think that i wont post them here. some things are better left unsaid. :). Wednesday, March 16, 2005. A roomate starting any time. (this is a little piece that Est wrote on her blog but i found so fucking funny that I had to post on mine). Our place is great- lil and i are FANTASTIC roomates - our home is a haven for health nuts and obsessive compulsive types- we spend our time doing yoga, tai chi, swimming, and knitting, cleaning, and organizing things in our kitchen. Friday, March 11, 2005. I can't wait to have my weekend and evenings back - no readings hanging over your head, not having to worry about paper deadlines, and best of all, getting paid to stress insteading of shelling out $7000 a year to do so! Bring on the jobs, and bring on spring. I'm ready for both! 3 more weekends left.). Oh, its like 15 degrees in Vancouver. Guri tells me that the cherry blossoms are out. *as I look out my window to the snowbank that has trapped my bike in the backyard*.
