Would You Like Seconds? Having fun and experimenting with food. Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Ready for a delicious treat that is ridiculously easy? So am I. You'll need almond milk and Nutella. It doesn't get simpler than this, people. Heat a cup to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk per serving in a sauce pan over medium low heat. As the milk starts to warm, whisk in one tablespoon Nutella per serving. Then enjoy the heck out of it. Ta-Da I told you it was easy. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Feeling nutty in 2015.

Would You Like Seconds?: Utica Chicken Riggies
http://wouldyoulikeseconds.blogspot.com/2012/03/utica-chicken-riggies.html
Would You Like Seconds? Having fun and experimenting with food. Friday, March 30, 2012. Chicken Riggies is Utica, NY's culinary claim to fame. It's rigatoni pasta in a mildly spicy blush sauce. It's up for debate who invented it with many Utica area restaurants taking credit. There are various versions. Some use sweet peppers where some use hot. Some add mushrooms and black olives. This is my favorite version. 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 1 medium onion, diced.
