Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Healthy Mousse Chocolate (title by five-and-a-half-year-old). What do you do in the morning if you have extra time before it's time to go to school? You make chocolate mousse! Here is the recipe that my five-and-a-halt-year-old and I followed:. 1 large, soft avacado mashed. 1/2 cup soaked cashews. 1/4 cup vanilla agave. Pinch of Sun Fire Aalt. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 3 T raw coconut oil. Spoon into individual containers and chill a few hours then enjoy! Friday, March 16, 2012.

I usually settle for."hey that's not too bad." This week, I'm going for, "damn, I wish I had more of that! 1 Cook the vegetables in slow cooker or steam them. 2 Let them cool. 3 Spread them on cookie sheet lined with parchment. 5 Transfer to another container for storage and future use. Stevia or other sweetener to taste. 1 T hemp seeds.
