Joys, Pleasures and some rambling! What would you do in some ‘me time’? June 9, 2013. I did all of these! 1 Read and progressed a long way in both ‘A girl with the dragon tattoo’ and ‘Madame Tussauds’. 2 Took a quiet short nap. 3 Watched a movie. 4 Read the current issue of ‘The Economist’. 5 Put on a cucumber face pack. 6 Played some slow music and danced around the living room, with the imaginary dance partner! 7 Cleaned the house (nothing new there! 8 Made lists (nothing new there either! Joys, Pleasures and some rambling! Life ‘bulleted’. July 13, 2013. When we realized that we had to come to India, not knowing whether or not we will return, one of my biggest qualms was having to miss my favorite TV shows! Laugh at me all you want*). However when we came here and I realized most of my favorite TV shows were after all, being telecast here, I did heave a sigh of relief! Yeah, laugh one more time! Take Grey’s Anatomy for example! The show was the most depressing solely because of Meredith!

As I mentioned in my earlier post, what we have been facing with S, is his discomfort in social situations, especially with kids his age. In his own teacher’s words, he is the best when interaction is one-on-one. His communication is clear, his grasp is quick and he is adept at most of what kids his age do!
