Once upon a time on the Welsh Border. According to records kept, there was a small chapel in the Pound Lane about 1830, and by 1868 it became apparent that this one was too small for the attendance of people at that time. The Chapel was well-attended for many years until the 1970s when it became more of a meeting place, for the W.I., tea parties and other events. Eventually its former life came to an end, and it was sold and converted into a private dwelling. A new chapter begins. Guide price 300.000.

The Chapel was converted to keep its original features. The ground floor is quite open plan although divided into 2 rooms - kitchen and sitting room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a spacious landing. There are big velux skylights that make it lovely and light. The chapel was built in 1869. Brick construction with a slate roof and cast iron windows. It has its own water supply from a deep borehole. Oil fuelled central heating, with radiators in every room. If you'd like to know more.
