April 29, 2007 at 7:00 PM. The splice colour is making me crave the ice block of the same name. Thanks a lot Ana! It's freezing cold and now I'm going to trot off to the shops to get an ice block, lol. Seriously they are gorgeous, what are you going to do with them? April 29, 2007 at 7:15 PM. http://awoolaffairtoremember.blogspot.com/2007/05/longies-finished.html
A wool affair to remember. Tuesday, May 8, 2007. I binded off too tightly and there are plenty of mistakes but I am still really happy with them.think I might embellish them as well when I figure out how to do swiss darning :). Ana they look fabbo! May 8, 2007 at 3:36 AM. The look excellent Ana. It's really satisfying finishing your first pair of longies isn't it? There is some instructions on embellishments in the Vogue magazine, I think they are flowers and leaves. May 8, 2007 at 5:17 AM.

A wool affair to remember: A lot of unravelling
http://awoolaffairtoremember.blogspot.com/2007/05/lot-of-unravelling.html
A wool affair to remember. Thursday, May 31, 2007. A lot of unravelling. I had started some cotton socks for Damien but I made them too big even for bed socks and I only decided halfway through the first sock and I had done ribbing for 15 cms .but what could I do with it? I think I may start on another pair of longies as I had just now out the finishing touches on the "moonlight" ones for Lil. I jus bought new lanolin spray called lavender, apple and oak and it smells like Damien's aftershave.

A wool affair to remember: Quick Poncho
http://awoolaffairtoremember.blogspot.com/2007/05/quick-poncho.html
A wool affair to remember. Tuesday, May 29, 2007. Using 10mm bamboo straight needles.acrylic mohair and double knitting yarn acrylic. I dont know if it was the cheapo needles or the acrylic but knitting this made my skin crawl.so thankfully it only took a couple of hrs to knit or I would chucked it. I put needs on the front dangle but cant see it on the pic. Aww Char is adorable and the poncho looks great! I find knitting with acrylic yucky now since being spoilt by lovely wool.
