Our projects live within the ‘ Zooniverse. The home of Citizen Science on the web. We are working with a wide variety of partners, from classicists to climate scientists and ecologists to planetary scientists, but the following projects are now available:. The Milky Way Project. Help scientists recover worldwide weather...

Ultimately, the future of the Web relies on both people and technology, a...

Dropped words and muddled clauses all over the place. Jul 25th, 2013 at 12:17 AM. Whoops, vanished for months on end again. I have, however, been recently inspired by an interesting Ask.MetaFilter question on what makes a journal interesting to future historians. And am going to try to write more regularly, if not necessarily profoundly. How have you all been? All five of you who read this - no guillt-tripping, I find myself spending less and less time on LJ/DW these days myself.). F@#$ Yeah, Spider-Wife.

Laquo; What a coincidence! On December 7, 2011. First I came across a great blog over at Scientific American entitled Budding Scientist. Then I found several articles about a wonderful group looking for volunteers to help with their project entitled the Whale Song Project. And when all was said and done I started thinking about a project that’s been sitting on my dining room table that’s been sitting there for quite some time with a group called the “ Mastodon Matrix Project. It isn’t faith that makes good science, Mr. Klaatu. It’s curiosity. T, 2955. päev: buss. Täna on mu hunnitu üleriigise ühissõiduki-aastakaardi viimane kehtivuspäev. Eile uurisin läbi kõik kunagi selle saamisega seoses tulnud meilid, aga kuskil ei oldud öeldud, mis toimub pärast kehtivusaja lõppu: kas uueneb automaatselt, peab taotlema uue ise või taotleb asutus jne. See, kes meil kaarte korraldab, helistas kevadel ja küsis, kui kaua mu kaart kehtib, aga rohkem midagi kuulda olnud ei ole. Muu hulgas maini...
