Glimpses of wildlife and wilderness, captured on video by a wide-eyed city slicker. Monday, January 31, 2005. Go Away, Kid. Now on his own, an elephant seal pup is rebuffed as he tries to make friends. Taped at the elephant seal rookery at Point Piedras Blancas, near San Simeon California in February 2003. I think this pup had been recently weaned. I'm not sure if he wanted a replacement mom and a good meal or was just looking for a piece of real estate to call home. Go Away, Kid. 271MB, 10 minutes.

Learning is possible. Fun is inevitable. Tuesday, November 30, 2004. Firefox is a neat browser. I use it's big brother Mozilla. The compose mode should make things easier for you. I rarely use it because I try to learn some html. Use the edit html to fix odd things that the compose won't. Also use the edit mode when something looks odd and/or needs a fix. You might want to get a basic blogging book and/or html book. Elizabeth Castro writes good books about html and web pages. This one. Here is your link:.

I like this pic since it shows main street in the downtown area in my hometown. This car show, benefiting Toys for Tots, was well attended and had many of the early model cars that were made right here in Flint. This part of downtown is known also for it's partial brick street which has been there for many years. Posted by Keith at 2:58 PM.
