In between that last post and this one, there’s been a lot of days when I wondered if I would ever feel reasonably good again. Getting old isn’t for sissies! It’s been a while! My time in Germany has finally come to a close and I’m back in the States for a much needed break. I have to say, the more I travel, the more I learn to value my own country and culture, while also seeing and acknowledging the qualities and strengths of other countries and cultures.
