Pain, but no gain (only partially true) – Barcode Ecology
https://mshersby.wordpress.com/2015/08/16/pain-but-no-gain
My adventures in nature, no price attached. August 16, 2015. Pain, but no gain (only partially true). Is bound to have a positive effect on me. People can often underestimate how much nature can help us, not least with our mental health. We are intricately connected with nature, even with today’s technological distractions. It seems a link to other parts of ourselves have been cut loose. The artificial replacing the natural. If you have come to this website you are here for a reason, it is no coincidence, it is synchronicity. Once you have felt this connection the feeling of wholeness, joy and expansion will surprise you!
