Willard Family Adventures: Thanksgiving - people to see

http://willardfamilymn.blogspot.com/2012/11/thanksgiving-people-to-see.html

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Thanksgiving - people to see. Our Thanksgiving trip was truly a whirlwind. Since we were going to be on the west coast, we attempted to see as many people as possible. While we accomplished that, I think we all got home wishing we could have spent more. Some of the fabulous people we got to spend our Thanksgiving weekend with:. The Norman side of the family - adults version. Top row: Micheal/Uncle Mick, Scott, Alan/Grandpa Grumpy, Teri/Grandma Cookie, Mikel Ann, Bruce. Subsc...

Willard Family Adventures: 11/01/2011 - 12/01/2011

http://willardfamilymn.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

Thursday, November 17, 2011. To commemorate the 19-month mark, here are a few of Charlie's favorite things. Playing basketball, although he wishes he were a little taller. Or that our hoop was shorter, like the one at our ECFE class. Using the parking garage for parking himself (climbing on anything, really, but I'm generally not fast enough to get a picture of him scaling his latest challenge, since I'm rushing over to make sure he doesn't fall on his head. Again.). Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Back when ...

Willard Family Adventures: Thanksgiving - things to do

http://willardfamilymn.blogspot.com/2012/11/thanksgiving-things-to-do.html

Thursday, November 29, 2012. Thanksgiving - things to do. We spent our long Thanksgiving weekend in Seattle and Portland. In Seattle, we stayed at Scott's brother's Mick's house, while his parents, sister Mandy and her family stayed at a hotel nearby. This gave us access to something all the kids (and Scott) love - a pool! Things to do for Thanksgiving in Seattle:. Lounge in the hot tub. Jump in the pool. Get thrown in the pool. Play silly games with your cousin. Create your own cartoons on the iPad.

Willard Family Adventures: 12/01/2011 - 01/01/2012

http://willardfamilymn.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html

Sunday, December 25, 2011. Over a lot of rivers. I don't know how many rivers we went over, but we made it to Grandma and Grandpa's house. We took a late flight on Friday, leaving at 9:44 PM; always an interesting adventure. We did our best to wear the boys out at the airport so they'd sleep, and we got some help from a boy Zach's age named Tate. It really amazes me how quickly little boys can become friends! If you had been on our flight, this is what you'd have seen in row 12, seats DEF, at about 11 PM:.

Willard Family Adventures: 08/01/2012 - 09/01/2012

http://willardfamilymn.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html

Thursday, August 30, 2012. Beyond the backyard - hiking to the M. Zach kept asking all week - when are we going to hike to the M? This has become another tradition - trekking up the 1.5 mile trail to the giant "M" created out of white rocks. So off we went. This year we did just take the "big kids." I carried Charlie on my back last year, but wasn't about to try that again, and we didn't think he could handle the 850 foot climb in elevation! But we made it to the top - here's the "M"! And his magic works...

Neudeck News: Kids...

http://neudeck5.blogspot.com/2012/11/kids.html

Rejoice with your family in the beautiful land of life! Saturday, November 10, 2012. I'm feeling sappy about my kids. Can you tell? We have had cancer diagnoses in several of our peers touch our lives lately in addition to the continuous patients and families I see in my work through Hospice. One particularly astute Hospice patient left me with this quote by Vickie Girard from his book, There's No Place Like Hope. There is a passage that is a metaphor for life. There is no place like Hope, p.113.

.....Little Baby Rose: Guess who got her ears pierced?!

http://littlebabyrose.blogspot.com/2014/01/guess-who-got-her-ears-pierced.html

Saturday, January 18, 2014. Guess who got her ears pierced? For an early 6th Birthday gift, Grandpa Dave and Grandma Carol got Kasey her ears pierced. She loves them and feels pretty grown up and fancy in them! No tears, either! Kasey Noel Rose and Reagan Caroline Rose. I have been trying to get the girls to get theirs pierced and neither one will do it - they refuse to have anything put a hole in them! I was 6 and I totally wanna pick out cute earrings with them . . . But no dice! Brodd Family Fun Time.

Jon, Heidi, Lucia & Reed: Sand Angels

http://luck-y-james.blogspot.com/2014/04/sand-angels.html

Jon, Heidi, Lucia and Reed. Monday, April 21, 2014. This year with Lucia in Kindergarten we have had many school breaks, days off and half days. We decided to make use of her Spring Break and take a trip to San Diego and we had a wonderful time! We visited the aircraft carrier USS Midway, spent a whole day at LEGOLAND and as you can see above spent time on the beach where Reed decided that sand angels would be appropriate. I am grateful to have had a week away with my family. Blogs of Family and Friends.

Willard Family History

Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Dustin Bellfield Willard’s Louisiana Years. Dustin and his family arrived in Bossier Parish, Louisiana between 1851 and 1858. Evidence of this is found in two real estate transactions. The 1st involved 80.49 acres (32°44’7.07”N 93°37’48.49”W) located 7 miles NW of Benton, La. There is some confusion regarding when Dustin actually acquired this property. A Federal Land Patent was issued to Private John Gibson who on 8/1/1860 assigned the property over to Dustin. Year’s l...

Willard Family Adventures | Family is where the story begins

Family is where the story begins. About the Willard family. July 14, 2015. Baseball Tourney – Zach’s turn. If you think I took a lot of pictures at Charlie’s games… I got really carried away at Zach’s. Besides the fact that Zach’s games were amazingly fun to watch, we also got to know the other boys and families pretty well – this was a REAL team! I love that face. I know, it’s a lot of pictures. Too fun to try to capture the hit! These last few are from the boys’ second game of the tournament....The U8 ...
