Well our little baby is now officially a toddler! He is constantly on the move and is loving being able to walk. It was about 6 weeks ago that he started taking his first solo steps - watching his little face light up had to be one of the best moments of mummyhood yet! The only problem is that William already thinks now that he has “mastered” walking why not try out some running! This has mixed results at best! Williams words are coming along very well too. I will try to list all of his words!

Williams Christening day was a couple of months ago, although now that the nights are drawing in it seems like much longer ago! We had him Christened at the local church here, with a reception after at the Church hall. It was a wonderful day and William was so well behaved and so smart in his little suit! Some of my lovely mummy friends helped to set up the hall and to get all the food out. It was a lovely spread (supplied mainly by waitrose! So lovely in fact it all seemed to vanish for too quickly!

Poor William has just got over a horrid bout of the pox (Chicken not Small! He was covered in them and not a happy little soul. He had not been himself for a week or two beforehand and we were starting to despair he would ever not be grumpy again! Going to be a Big Bro! Well my baby William is soon to become a very grown up and responsible big brother! Well ok maybe not so much of the responsible. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant with a little boy! We told William after the 12 week scan, at the time he seemed more concerned that I had paused cbeebies, than with the news itself! He now likes though to stroke my tummy and say “mummy has baby in tummy”. In fact he seemed to say this before we even told him - very strange! Posted at 6:03 AM.
