Superior Rubber Company, Holyrood. November 20, 2014. Superior Rubber built this factory in 1954 and it was in operation until 1956. Since then, the space has been empty. The building stands at the intersection of Route 2 (Conception Bay Highway) and the Holyrood Access Rd. which comes down from the TCH.
