A Day in the Life of Teresa: November 2008
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Saturday, November 15, 2008. Amelia Bedelia hits Pike Valley Farm. When I think of it I will be posting my favorite quote of the day from one of my children. Today's inaugural quote is from Jasmine:. My favorite quote of the day: "Uh oh, I think she has energies". This was what Jasmine said when one of our dogs sneezed. I just love this age. I guess you had to be there. Did I tell you how much I like this age? Links to this post. Wednesday, November 5, 2008. I cannot believe ...

A Day in the Life of Teresa: July 2008
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Yeah No air conditioning, no TV. good times, good times. Now maybe I don't know how this stuff works back in the US, but it's never occurred to me that someone would "import" electricity. The real kicker is it seems that this is not only expected, but it's anticipated by the locals that it will get much more frequent and longer as the summer continues. Nice. It was enough to make a nun cuss! The hot water heater shares a plug with the microwave, whic...

A Day in the Life of Teresa: June 2008
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Saturday, June 28, 2008. My mom used to say "Slower than Christmas" when I was a child. I knew the meaning then because I thought Christmas was the slowest thing in the world. It seemed to be much longer than 1 year in between Christmas mornings. The anticipation, the daydreaming, the buildup of it in your heart and your mind. It couldn't come fast enough! And FAST it was not! So, I understood the meaning of "slower than Christmas". A Day in the Life of Teresa: It makes my heart sing!
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2009/01/it-makes-my-heart-sing.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Saturday, January 10, 2009. It makes my heart sing! Martina came home from her dad's house after spending the holidays there. When she came home, her Christmas presents were waiting for her here. Jasmine got to help her open them; she was very happy to help her! The first box was an impressive size to Jasmine. If she had curled herself up, she could have easily fit her long, lean body of nearly 4 years inside. She would make an absolutely beautiful present! A 5 time mom.

A Day in the Life of Teresa: catching up
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2009/10/catching-up.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Monday, October 19, 2009. Gee I am really bad at this blogging stuff. I think I check my FaceBook ten times a day but rarely get on here anymore. I know that I have people visit it still because they'll tell me to post! Briefly, I'll list some things that have been going on since my last post. Let's see:. I went to Camp Sychar with Winston, Martina, Jasmine, Sophia, Winston Sr. and Lynda. My son Todd turned 16! Holy smokes, I can't get over it! He's 6 feet tall now! We've als...

A Day in the Life of Teresa: May 2009
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Thursday, May 28, 2009. I'm back: an update on all of us. It has been a LONG time since I posted. life has gotten very busy! Is bustling with baby chicks, piglets, a few calves. I'm the sales and marketing person for the farm; I really enjoy it, though it keeps me incredibly busy. Plus, I take care of the egg layers, collect the eggs, clean them, package them and so on. It's really a fun job most of the time, but something I NEVER thought I'd be doing! Sophia is a vivacious, ...

A Day in the Life of Teresa: Give me a break
http://winstonandteresa.blogspot.com/2009/06/give-me-break.html
A Day in the Life of Teresa. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Give me a break. Now, that's not all, I had to stop under a bridge to put a tarp on because it began to rain and the interns at the farm didn't put it on for me before I left at 6am that morning! It's a bit stressful driving in rain, never mind with a trailer on my truck. Whew! So Monday, Sophia got her new glasses. She looks adorable! On Tuesday evening, she broke them! Meanwhile, back at the ranch, we finally got onto our poor pitiful bank account o...

Kentuckians: I'm back!
http://jamieandjoshua.blogspot.com/2010/01/im-back.html
Our crazy, happy life. Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Our sweet baby boy on his first Christmas! He is so much fun! Well, thanks to Rachel Wyman I decided to visit her blog and wandered back here! Hudson is sitting in his high chair grinning at the ceiling, covered in green beans. He insists on eating himself now. Such a big boy! He will turn 11 months old this Friday! I adore him so much, I just can't explain it in words. I am pregnant again, if you didn't already know! In other randomness: It is winter here...
