Mt Rainier Camping Weekend. Long overdue. but for my friend Brittany's birthday we headed to Mt. Rainier to do some adventuring around. I have never felt so small, like I felt standing in front of Mt. Rainier. We have a beautiful view of the volcano from our back porch at home, however standing right in front it was overwhelming. Girls in front of the mountain. Those little black dots are hikers! Looks like the Sound of Music. Like kids in a candy shop. Recently I have been VERY busy with Etsy orders!

Beer, Bluegrass and Birthday. This past weekend I spent my time in Frisco, Colorado with my lovely beau, Mike. This weekend I turned the big TWO-SEVEN! Hard to believe that at a young age of 8, I thought being 27 meant marriage, babies, house, career, grown-up etc. HAHA Crazy how things change! Frisco and Keystone were full of beer, bluegrass, hiking, biking, eating and quality time. Keystone Resort - Home of Beer and Bluegrass Festival. Schmitty, Jason, myself and Mike. thoroughly enjoying ourselves.

Old Crow Medicine Show. Labels: Old Crow Medicine Show. I am happy to report that I am right on track with my physical therapy. I can bend my leg 90 degrees and I can almost straighten all the way, I'm at 6 degrees. The comparison from ACL surgery 10 years ago is unremarkable. For being a big baby, I have hardly been in ANY pain! It's been a frustrating road but I keep telling myself, it could have been worse. We'd love to hear it! Adam and I love them and cannot wait to use them on our wedding day.".

Mexican, margaritas and kayaking. a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We kayaked through Lake Union and down by GasWorks Park in double kayaks and survived the yachts and boat wakes. Sister steering the kayak. MI and AK represent. Liz and Brit along for the fun! Seaplanes landing ALL AROUND us! Kayaking by the needle. NeedtoBreathe - The Outsiders. Now that I have been freed of the giant leg brace from my torn ACL and meniscus my mountain adventures shall continue! Part of the gang.
