We are superbly placed for both North and South coasts and the beautiful Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor. Apart from the fishing at Wooladon there are a huge variety of activities within easy driving distance. Below is just a small selection. Wooladon has stabling available for up to 3 horses at any time. Riders are welcome to ride over our 445 acre site which has many tracks. Stables cost 10 per day and advance notice must be given to our representative and payment is separate to prices quoted for any Cottage. Feed, insurance and Vet fees are the responsiblity of the owner of the horse. Design by Type High.

Although all the cottages are fully equipped we know the 'chef' might like a break (maybe you don't want to cook at all). Despite the rural location there is a wide range of options for eating out, some of which are:. Excellent freshly prepared local produce, you can eat there, buy to eat out, or get superb quality ingredients for your own cooking. Located just a couple hundred yards from the farm entrance. Pub in the centre of Lifton providing bar meals or or high quality restaurant dining.

The Rookery is set over 2 levels and consists of a double ensuite and 2 double plus single ensuite bedrooms. The Pheasant Barn offers 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both ensuite. Gatherley View has a feature window with views across the farm and offers 2 double bedrooms, both ensuite. Each cottage has its own sitting room, kitchen, dining area and outside space.
