Chasing Her Tale: GREY MATTER
http://chasinghertale.blogspot.com/2012/09/grey-matter-sledgehammer-chisel-maybe.html
2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Sunday, 23 September 2012. Anything cruel, hard. Just here - if you could just break my face. Loosen off the ivory grip. Can you slide your finger between incisors. And yank down the flesh? Ugly and uglier to come. Hideous words will dribble out and punctuate pathetic tears. You can disregard the tongue and heart; they’re useless now and have been no friend to me. So, trying not to make me gag. Here you’ll find the messy truth of the grey matter.

Chasing Her Tale: Alice (Term Time Only)
http://chasinghertale.blogspot.com/p/alice-term-time-only.html
2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Alice (Term Time Only). My first day. No one on meet and greet duty. Charming. So I sit in what I presume is my new desk. Rifling through the drawers when a woman swooshes in wearing a cape – nice touch, ‘I didn’t know it was dress down Mondays here! Note to self, the Head hasn’t got a sense of humour! Whoa…have to fly – I have a meeting to go to you know! This is what apparently happens. Everyone seems to know what’s happening (except me). Agendas are mentione...

As Bill's brilliance knocks on the door of my sub-conscious with every word I write I question myself, 'Is this boring? Have I just lost another precious reader? Shush, that was rhetoric! There are some amazing openers, those already quoted above but how about '. Marley was dead, to begin with'. 1984 By George Orwell? Anyway, s...

Beautiful house in South West France. Bliss. Many happy holidays have been spent there. This could very well be the last one though as my folks are selling up! It has to be said that it is stunning. 2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Wednesday, 12 December 2012. Like marmalade left to spread. Across the gleaming table when no one watched. Boats drift in then out of it’s salty orange wake. It lifts, drips scatter, small shredded orange crumbs. Curtains open around the bay, nets are filled. The private view ends as the bright dish. Looks down across the sea. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Term Time Only (Pilot Episode). Call it What You Like. Alice (Term Time Only). Write Here, Write Now.

Chasing Her Tale: Call it What You Like
http://chasinghertale.blogspot.com/p/call-it-what-you-like.html
2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Call it What You Like. Let me show you this feeling. Waiting here - legs trembling. Just inches and trembling. There’s a scream. It’s there and pure and twisted all rolled up in one ball. Of madness and purity. They are my ecstasy. It’s rising up. And up and rising. Pillows and quilts and towels and straps. The scream is deafening to me. Breathing quickening, screaming deafening. Ears waiting - is that queer? A weakness for you and your breath in my ear. Every ...

http://chasinghertale.blogspot.com/2012/09/new-wet-dawn.html
2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Wednesday, 26 September 2012. Well, that was a wet and windy start to the day.and that was just in my house.boom boom! IS IT WRONG TO BE SO HAPPY THAT YOUR CHILD HAS STARTED SCHOOL? Firstly, apologies for being somewhat absent of late. Summer holidays, half pint starting school, manicures, you know what it's like! I was interested, this week, to read an interview with JK (all hail) Rowling, where she expressed her own fears about not being good enough and peopl...

Alice late 30's enters takes off dripping wet coat, wearing smart trousers an inappropriate 'party type' top. Picks up air freshener and sprays liberally. ALICE: God, will that smell ever go? SHEILA: They're children Alice, this is a school. (Looks at ALICE) Bit casual today. ALICE: I'm off to the pub later. JULIE: It's training day.

Chasing Her Tale: MAD FANTASY
http://chasinghertale.blogspot.com/2012/09/mad-fantasy.html
2012 was brilliant FACT! 2013, here I come! Sunday, 23 September 2012. I could enjoy going mad. Smilingly sliding into my immoral pit. With each slice of sanity disappearing. I’d eat shit and spit. Out the bits, which, for whatever reason,. I’d wear my skirt so short. And my stockings would be wrecked with holes, some hopefully stitched. Stares as I stumble, mindless and happy. Down the street, are distorted in my madness and perceived as desire. My twisted red lips promise something other than decency.
