Tuesday, February 5, 2008. I was able to watch the press conference yesterday about the announcement of the new First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. President Thomas S. Monson is the 16th President of the Church, President Henry B. Eyring is his 1st Counselor and President Dieter F. Uchtdorf is his 2nd Counselor. What a wonderful promise. I love this work. The gospel is good, that's all I can say. Passing of a Beloved Prophet. First he has taught me the meaning of service.
