I'm looking to create a basic scrollbar that has a white up arrow and a white down arrow, but none of the tutorials I've tried end up working properly. I've done way more complex stuff without any issues, so I don't know why I'm having so much trouble with scrollbars. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!
