Tales from the Duck Pond. Friday, October 3, 2008. Meet the new member of the family! My beautiful new nephew was born Thursday, October 2nd at 7.55 am He was 7 lbs, 9 oz. We spent about 2 hours with him the day he was born, and as soon as we left, Bubba was asking if we could go back. (Of course, I was wanting to go back just as much! Tales from the Duck Pond. Sunday, November 16, 2008. First up was Bubba's. Last soccer game of the season. It was very windy and cold! Don't worry.he's getting a haircut Tuesday! Lo loves to play soccer too! After the game, Bubba. Lo, and Corey went to Pizza Hut for the soccer party. (I"ll have to post a picture of Bub with his big trophy later.) I had to skip the pizza so I could. Get ready for Jen's baby shower. The shower was lots of fun, and Jen got some great stuff! Doesn't Jen look great?

They operate totally from donations, and they have recently been in the news because of the possibility of having to close down from lack of funds. That means that over 400 animals would be in need of home, and those not adopted would be put down. There are many ways that YOU can help! 1) Make a donation directly to them. 2) Search the Internet using GoodSearch.

Bubba was Spiderman (black Spidey for trick-or-treating, good Spidey for school), Lo was a ladybug, and Phin was a bee. Phin got lots of attention, Bubba got lots of candy, and Lo lost a shoe! Thoughts from a Liberal Mom. Tuesday, March 31, 2009. The face of the DNC? I am here, checking out the days news and I come across an article. (Read here: http:/ tinyurl.com/dj6lw3. Governor Tim Kaine signed a bill for NO state funds in Virginia to be used for embryonic stem cell research. Now, at first I think. Well I respect his right to his catholic beliefs. and okay so Virginia won't use state funds. but they can use federal funds. But I can't reconcile that this guy is going to be the face of the DNC.
