The World According to Cheese. Expanding horizons one cheese at a time. Authentic raclette in NYC. I had my doubts on how legit a raclette. Could be if made outside of Switzerland, especially after a few recent let downs around NYC (for the record, one glop of melted cheese on a plate is NOT true raclette.) This is the world according to Dre (me). 1,400 Teachers are being fired in Broward County Florida. May 18, 2011. Who is going to teach our children? This is ridiculous, according to WSDOT we spend $3.9 million dollars per mile on highway noise barriers. The people who live near a highway knew they were buying or renting by a highway. They also probably, or should have, paid less to be by the highway. In addition, why are we still giving out school vouchers? Does anyone have an answer? April 26, 2011.
