Bacon and Cheese Bread Loaf 培根乳酪土司面包. 近来感觉有股做面包的热潮， 面包机也好像越来越普遍了。 这也算一件好的迹象， 毕竟自己在家做的怎样也比外面的来得更健康， 吃得更安心， 如果有时间和精力， 那当然最好。 但是对我而言， 我只有周末的时候才有时间来玩烘焙， 尤其是弄面包， 需要的时间比做蛋糕更长， 不过那种满足感也当然更高， 所以偶尔我还是会拿出食谱书， 烤面包去了。 培根切丁， 车打起司片切丁， 黑胡椒粉适量. 洋葱丝， 美乃滋， 批萨起司丝， 香葱末适量. 把A和B的材料倒入搅拌盆中, 使用搅拌器先慢速搅拌。 当匀后， 转成中速继续搅拌。 再搅拌成团， 有筋性时， 才加入C料， 用慢速搅拌， 再转中速。搅拌至可拉开薄膜的阶段。 取出， 把面团放入已经抹油的大碗中， 让它发酵大概40分钟或者双倍大。 把面团收口朝下压扁， 上下擀开， 翻面。 将成型后面团， 切面朝上均匀排入模型，最后发酵40分钟。 And Cheese Bread Loaf.

新年饼 Chinese New Year's Cookies. Monday, August 10, 2015. Carrot Cupcake with Cream Cheese Topping 红萝卜杯子蛋糕. 好久好久没有弄杯子蛋糕了， 曾经一段时期疯狂的爱上杯子蛋糕， 所以收集了很多不同款式的纸杯。 所以这次终于有机会让其中一款派上用场了。 这个食谱好几年前就开始用了， 每次都没有让我失望。 这次挤了一些乳酪糊在蛋糕上头， 让它们看起来更美观， 吃起来也更有层次感。 细糖 175g （我减到130g). 奶油乳酪 (软化） 60g. 糖粉 （过筛） 50g. 蛋一颗一颗加入， 搅拌均匀。 加入葡萄干， 萝卜丝还有核桃碎。 搅匀。 放入预热170'C的烤箱， 大概30-35分钟。 蛋糕待凉后， 在上头挤上少许的奶油乳酪， 再用核桃装饰即可。 Carrot Cupcake with Cream Cheese Topping.
