All staff at Xlent Disability Services hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Disability. Our staff have a lot of experience and successfully work with challenging behaviours. We have great success in improving participant’s behaviours. Our experienced dedicated staff, backed up by a strong experienced management team, provide a positive attitude and a professional, accountable well organized team. Our staff are focused on the welfare and safety of participants and have great empathy for them.

We provide sporting & recreational activities, community inclusion, work skills, personal and living skills, with the use of lesson plans developed by our staff. Our programs are tailored the each group taking in to consideration the participant needs, participants goals and abilities. Xlent Disability Services provides respite services throughout the year. These include our holiday camps to locations such as Hindmarsh Island. The program activities are tailored seasonally and include aquatics programs in summer and bushwalking, High Ropes and Earth Education in cooler months.
