Homesteading Recipes: Fried Patty Pan Squash Breakfast
http://homesteadingrecipes.blogspot.com/2014/08/fried-patty-pan-squash-breakfast.html
Monday, August 25, 2014. Fried Patty Pan Squash Breakfast. Patty Pan squash that are big enough, can be sliced into large coins and fried. I started by slicing the squash and salting both sides on a paper towel so that they can drain and release some moisture. This will ensure a crispier fry and the squash will hold together better. Next, take each coin and coat it with a mixture of flour, corn meal, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Fry each coin in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Joey in his young wisdom said heck with the water cannon which held a couple cups of water and went for the water hose! Http:/ slowcooke...

Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Today is a fun day! It's Halloween. Some people nowadays. Think of it as a bad day but we celebrate it like we did growing up.a day of fun, dress up, and of course getting tons of candy! I made goody bags for the kids on my bus. I have 6 so it's a little easier than if I had a bus full. The kids had parties at school and came back on the bus full of goodies and lots of energy ready to go trick or treating. Bats and candy corn on it, he had cute Orange. Monday, October 29, 2007.
