Last day at Laughing Squid, new job at Jive Software. Maybe I will blog more. September 3, 2014. TL;DR: I quit facebook, but am still online all over the place. There are various ways to find me. How are you? A while ago I deactivated my Facebook account. I just felt like I wasn't doing too much there, and wanted to get some distance from it. It occurs to me that I should probably say something about that. Why did I leave facebook? So now that I'm off the Facebook where can you find me?

I've always been a big proponent of Apple on the desktop and Linux on the server, which I think gives a pretty good range of choice/freedom and power/control.
