It disturbs the water but eventually it goes back to normal, just like a struggle in your life does. So basically i had to tough it out- i had a very hard time with this as my migraines are very severe and i cannot function without medication. so i took it but only when i really needed it. Then in december, since topamax didn’t work out i tried lamictal and stopped it very quickly. Also i don’t think i am able to take triptans because of the adverse effects i experienced (below). Vitamin B2 ( started at 100 mg then went up to 400 mg) -didn’t work. Good luck o...

I can’t believe it’s November already! Before we know it, it’s going to be New Year’s. But before we get that far, I’m ready to tackle my November goals to end this year on the right note. Between working out more, eating better, and adding some extra reading, I think I have a pretty well-rounded month to come. Cut out alcohol and sweets. I aimed for this last month, and only got three. But I was successful in September. So I’m hoping I can do it again in November. Run every other day. November 3, 2016.
