For the Love.of Food. Check out the newest blog post of deliciousness. Sunday, March 4, 2012. Here's a fun twist on the same ol', same ol' Meatloaf recipe. The recipe is actually quite simple, but the meat is baked in a muffin pan instead of a loaf pan! It was so easy and made such a delicious dinner. My 3-year-old loved it because they looked like big meatballs (she LOVES meatballs! I made it a complete dinner by adding Au Gratin Potatoes, Green Beans and Crescent Rolls. Enjoy! 2/3 C italian breadcrumbs.

For the Love...of Food: November 2009
http://foodoflovethefor.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
For the Love.of Food. Check out the newest blog post of deliciousness. Monday, November 30, 2009. I love this soup for so many reasons. I feel like I sound like a broken record, but it's cheap to make and so easy it's stupid. My favorite thing about this soup is that it tastes JUST like the Pasta e Fagioli from the Olive Garden. Which I love way too much. It's savory, a little spicy and so comforting. This recipe makes 4 quarts of soup so you can easily freeze this for another day! So, it's healthy too!

You Can Eat With US
You Can Eat With US. October 1, 2014. Let me start by saying these are A LOT harder to make than it seems. The hours of slaving over these little babies paid off, but we did lose half the batch to a series of unfortunate events that started with too much colored-dye and ended in the oven. Oh well, the pink ones were the most important and turned out to be gorgeous! Be prepared to spend half a day on these though from start to finish. 150 grams almond flour, sifted. 150 grams confectioners sugar, sifted.
