Kyle, Tawnya, James, and William. Sunday, January 4, 2015. I don't know why I'm so bad at this whole blogging thing. No excuses. Here are a few highlights of the last couple months. December was crazy. I'm just now catching my breath. Whew. I'm excited for the new year and feeling grateful and hopeful and happy! We made a gingerbread house on a day james stayed home sick. I'm pretty sure that's the only way we could have fit it in! And it was fun spending a day with Lindsay in the city. If I had sent out...

http://rcbassettfamily.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 25, 2015. Our new house had some beautiful pink and yellow tulips. Brooklyn thought they were so beautiful that she should pick them and bring them inside.:. I wasn't very happy but it was hard to be mad at her - she was pretty proud of those flowers:. Brooklyn had a little friend come over and play. The little girl immediately found the princess skirt and shoes. Brooklyn decided to dress up too - in a ninja shirt, backpack, knight helmet and necklace. Love her creativity! The kids hiked ...

The Bassett Family: December 2014
http://rcbassettfamily.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 2, 2014. I got this idea from my cousin Janae. This post is a random collection of things that have happened, mostly in the couple of months that I wanted to post about. I lost my camera so I don't have any pictures:. Conner did great with his big words like "responsible to provide the necessities of life". Alan did great on his talk. 4 Brooklyn can be very stubborn but she loves to help. If I ask her to do something she usually replies "Sure Mama, I will! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, January 23, 2011. Kyla wanted to make Sunday dinner tonight, so I thought, well she's gotta learn sometime. She did an excellent job. I watched and helped only to do examples of how to do it. Like I showed her how to use the potato peeler then let her do it.and so on. I let her use a knife for the first time under supervision and she did well. Roast, potatoes, carrots, bread (in the bread machine) and jello. I made baked apples as another side dish. It all tasted very yummy. Becky and Greg Rael.

Saturday, November 26, 2011. Becky is now known as Princess, for those who wish to address her. A little video of our PRINCESS! Our awesome little man! I LOVE our iMovie program on our computer. So I let her try it and immediately started the camera :) .I mean everyone knows you can't reason with a two year old anyway, so why try? The first 30 seconds is priceless.
