インド生活★Living in India. 98年にインド、ブッダガヤに嫁ぎ、現地でNGOを運営しています。インド生活の中での出来事を綴ります。 スーリヤ校卒業生でクリケット選手を目指してトレーニングを頑張っている子が、「自分のチームがリーグで優勝した」と、そのことが載った記事の切り抜きを持って来てくれた。胸ポケットから大事そうに、小さく折りたたんだ切り抜きを出して広げて見せてくれた。 憧れのドニ（有名なクリケット選手）が、アカデミーに遊びに来たそうで、すぐ近くで見たとうれしそうに語った。でも、彼の携帯はカメラがついていないので、写真は取れなかったそうだ。「私はドニと同じ飛行機に乗っていて、空港で握手してもらったよ。」と言うと、すごい！と感激していた。 将来のこととか、いつまでトレーニングを続けるかとか、現実的な話もしたいけど、瞳に☆がキラキラしているから、やっぱり応援してしまう。 6ヶ月になった次女を連れ、先月、インドに戻ってまいりました。 戻ってからというもの、毎日イベント盛りだくさんで、インドを離れていた間にたまっていた仕事に追われております。 ラベル: Health Care Program.
