She always made a point to talk to my Brogan. She would stop him and say, well hi Brogan! And he would say in his monotone voice hi, grandma, and he would tell her about Minecraft. And again, she would sit and listen. Lily would play the piano for her and she would beam with pride. Another grandchild who takes after her! I love this man.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. April and May 2015. We finally made it up the Great Wheel of Seattle. It is a giant ferris wheel right on the water. The view was great. The kids all loved it, except for Andrew, who hated it till the last rotation, then begged to go again. We'd been meaning to go since Susan's birthday but just never made it. We finally finished the upstairs bedroom! It was so exciting! I made torta de mil hojas for treat but it turned out a little messy. It was delicious though. April and May 2015.

Line upon line we write our legacy of love. Tuesday, October 28, 2014. And then Grandma Kirkham came to visit. Jeff dropped off Grandma Lines at the airport and picked up my mom at the same time. She ended up staying a month and a half! Mom played the piano at the care center for the residents. Lots of stories were read by the fire. Waiting for lunch at Stax sandwich shop. Thursday, February 3, 2011. After our four months on the road we finally made it back to our apartment in Salt Lake City. While it is nice to be home it was quite the shock going from 70 degree weather in Arizona to below zero temperatures here in Utah. As soon as we have our internet up and running again, hopefully I will be able to start updating on a more regular basis! Glad you made it back safe and sound. February 5, 2011 at 5:16 PM.
