I'm the living proof that the right therapy can liberate you. I experienced something totally unexpected this week. I was able, through a guided introspection/relaxation, to re-live the. And now. Now that I had this 'revelation'. My life is already different. I feel free. I feel liberated. I feel good. Laughing out loud, for no particular reason. Smiling to myself, for so many reasons. If you're still wondering weither or not you should start a therapy, well believe me, miracles can happen.

Wednesday, 6 October 2010. Changes are a comin. Autumns here.transformations happening everywhere. Since my miscarriage my eating habits have been .well not nourishing at all. I went back to wheat and sugar and feel all the worse for it. Only about 2 kg have crept back on but I refuse to return to my former self. Apart from the weight gain issue , I loathe the tiredness,bloating,heavy head.oh so boring! So with the change of Autumn ,changes for me are in order. I want to feel good ,I love feeling good.

Friday, 29 January 2010. Challenge day 4 and 5. How is everyone getting on? Week 1 is almost over! Somebody mentioned in the comments that it's a lot harder than they imagined! It is hard ,and will take a couple of weeks for the cravings to subside. I am making sure I eat enough,not depriving myself but choosing real food to snack on rather than bread and biscuits! I have chosen my treat for completing. Week 1. I will be buying it on Monday. As a stay at home mummy I am always ,constantly washing up!

Friday, 26 February 2010. Forgot to mentioned that I finally followed my own advice and have been oil pulling for 2 weeks now. 20 minutes as soon as I get up on a empty stomach. WellI am feeling good about it,my gum that was receding on one of my teeth is growing back! I never thought I was a phlegmy person but I'm coughing up the most green thick phlegm after the oil pulling.where it's coming from and where it's been hiding I have no idea!
