Shu Ha Ri: Unpopuläre Thesen 2013-09-03: "Agil" sollte beweglich bleiben – und Lean sollte schlank bleiben
http://shu-ha-ri.michaelmahlberg.de/2013/09/unpopulare-thesen-2013-09-03-agil.html
IT-Consulting, Aikido, Strategie und alles was mir sonst noch einfällt und nicht in mein englisches Blog. Dienstag, 3. September 2013. Unpopuläre Thesen 2013-09-03: "Agil" sollte beweglich bleiben – und Lean sollte schlank bleiben. Agile Software-Entwicklung hätte fast den Namen Adaptive Software-Entwicklung bekommen - vielleicht wäre dann vieles gar nicht erst so Missverstanden worden. Vielleicht aber auch doch - semantische Diffusion. Ist stark in unserer Branche. In diesem Sinne, bis bald. Unpopuläre ...

agile aspects: In Kanban the kanban is not the kanban - What?!?
http://agile-aspects.michaelmahlberg.com/2014/03/in-kanban-kanban-is-not-kanban-what.html
Agile processes and aspect oriented programming used to be my main interest - but I'll blog about just anything that comes up :-). Sunday, March 23, 2014. In Kanban the kanban is not the kanban - What? In Kanban the kanban is not the kanban - What? In the early stages of the introduction of Kanban systems many organizations struggle with the implementation of the pull signal and how the cards represent the pull signal. In my experience a lot of this confusion is caused by semantic diffusion. To request n...

agile aspects: Triage may seem cruel, but in could save your product
http://agile-aspects.michaelmahlberg.com/2015/02/triage-may-seem-cruel-but-in-could-save.html
Agile processes and aspect oriented programming used to be my main interest - but I'll blog about just anything that comes up :-). Sunday, February 22, 2015. Triage may seem cruel, but in could save your product. Triage is a term from the battlefield. To be more specific from the battlefield mobile hospitals. Not have a place in the – comparatively peaceful – world of software development. Or should it? Sometimes you can’t get them all. Those who are likely to live, regardless of what care they receive.

agile aspects: Expensive Architecture Is No Architecture
http://agile-aspects.michaelmahlberg.com/2015/01/expensive-architecture-is-no.html
Agile processes and aspect oriented programming used to be my main interest - but I'll blog about just anything that comes up :-). Monday, January 12, 2015. Expensive Architecture Is No Architecture. Some musings on the value of architecture. This post is originally from 2007 but never has been published IIRC – and it's current as if i had written it today). Developers sometimes claim that “[this] architecture is to expensive. From my point of view this attitude completely misses the point. IMHO [as of 2...

http://agile-aspects.michaelmahlberg.com/2015/01/there-are-some-situation-where-agile-is.html
Agile processes and aspect oriented programming used to be my main interest - but I'll blog about just anything that comes up :-). Monday, January 26, 2015. Some situations where “agile” is the default mode. Of course there are a lot of situations and places where agile approaches have become the default mode, and looking back at the history of software development with regard to iteratively-incemental approaches. That is only a re-discovery anyway. All of a sudden certain things start to happen:. After ...

agile aspects: Straighten! The second S of the 5S
http://agile-aspects.michaelmahlberg.com/2014/10/straighten-second-s-of-5s.html
Agile processes and aspect oriented programming used to be my main interest - but I'll blog about just anything that comes up :-). Sunday, October 05, 2014. The second S of the 5S. Seiton, 整頓, according to Wikipedia). I am still not convinced that it was a good idea to only use English words that start with an ‘s’ for all the pillars of the 5S-System in the Wikipedia. And some other) explanation of the concept. Ideas from production (as quoted from Wikipedia). Prevent loss and waste of time. While ‘...

Shu Ha Ri: Juni 2012
