Saturday, April 02, 2011. It's a beautiful new day. I need an attainable goal for April, so I have made my decision. According to the Mayo Clinic. I should be drinking about eight 8-ounce cups of water a day, or about six 8-ounce cups a the least, if consuming other hydrating beverages and foods. However, Snopes. Has declared this to be false. Sunday, October 30, 2011. We have all the time in the world. October is almost over, and I haven't sewn a thing. Under normal circumstances, I would be extremely disappointed in myself, but considering that this month and last have been insane (literally, I am doubting my sanity), I think I have done well to have scraped by with getting the necessities taken care of.
