Tuesday, October 30, 2012. A little pumpkin treat. With the craving of our pumpkin this year, I decided to roast the seeds for a yummy snack. This is something I used to do all the time as a kid, but hadn't done for my family yet. And because I live with a bunch of picky eaters, I thought it might be fun to try some different flavors on our pumpkin seeds, in hopes they might try them. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Love is still in the air! The bottom tier was lemon poppyseed with a raspberry filling. The anniversary tier was chocolate with raspberry and chocolate fudge filling. The whole cake was covered in a vanilla buttercream. I am very proud to say that these flowers came from my garden and that I was able to dry them successfully for the occasion. Anyone who knows me knows I do not have a green thumb or much gardening knowledge, so this is truly something. Thursday, October 3, 2013.

As I get to know Fisher's personality, I see that he really isn't too easy going. He gets bored easily and likes to be walking around and looking around almost all the time. He's a social being. That gets tiring for a mama on most days. He's a screamer too if he doesn't get what he wants and he's got some lungs! Run Errr Walk Like a Mother.
