Kaden and Abby at the Zoo. Sunday, January 17, 2010. The New Weight-Loss Blog. I guess I better start saving money with each pound I lose too. LOL! I will post weekly updates of my weight loss. I will post monthly pictures (to see if I can tell a difference in myself). I am trying to cut out sugar and sodas, and white stuff. I will not cut all my carbs out as that is not a way of life, but a quick fix to a long problem. I hope to get better at making healthier choices. Thanks for the fabulous idea Alesha!

I did find this wonderful cheese spread. I love cheese, I crave it in my bones! Cheese is really bad for you when you are trying to lose weight, so I found, Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese. Kaden and Abby at the Zoo. Thursday, January 21, 2010. Off to work I go. Well tonight I have done the flip/flop.going back to work. I think I may request a leave of absence, to lose weight. I really think they would approve it, right! Shredded zuchinni and squash from my garden this year. 1 pkg Stew meat, pressured so it is really tender. 2 cups cooked barley. Garlic, salt and pepper. Sounds kinda yucky, but has awesome flavor. Good filler too. Well I had better get to work and make the best day possible.
