Well after seeing the dr on 2nd March,Gynae said that i have to stop bfg to prevent uterus from contracting…. I also ask Dr Low (pd) on his advice, he mentioned that it would be beta to stop if not Ed and the bb will be like parasites sucking away all the nutrients leaving a nutrients lacking me….

Day to day movements. Joi, 19 iunie 2008. Cartofi la cuptor cu branza si ierburi aromate. 1 kg cartofi curatati, taiati rondele 3-4 mm grosime. 1 ceapa taiata rondele. 2 linguri patrunjel tocat. 1 lingura frunze de ceapa verde tocata. 2 felii groase de bacon sau sunca,prajite,taiate cubulete. 1 cana cascaval ras. 1/2 cana branza telemea rasa. Se pune apoi jumatate din bacon, din patrunjel si din ceapa verde. A iesit foarte bun, doar ca data viitoare as pune mai putina verdeata. Thank you for stopping by!

Day to day movements. Duminică, 10 august 2008. Cartofi natur cu unt. 1 kg cartofi, cateva fire de patrunjel, 50 g unt, sare. Cartofii se curata de coaja, se spaia si se taie cuburi, apoi se fierb in apa cu sare. Day to day movements. Marți, 11 august 2009. Muffins cu ciocolata si nuci. Reteta de baza aici. Miez de nuca maruntita. 1 plic praf de copt. 130 ml lapte cald. 50g fulgi de ciocolata. 2 plicuri zahar vanilat. Coaja rasa de la o lamaie. 1 praf de sare. In tava de muffin se pun hartiute speciale in fiecare gaura. Day to day movements. Duminică, 10 august 2008. 150 g orez Basmati. 2 felii de sunca taiate cubulete. 2-3 fire de ceapa verde taiata bucatele. O omleta simpla (din doua oua, prajita in foarte putin ulei) taiata bucatele. Mazare (cam 50 gr). Boabe de porumb (cam 50 gr). Eventual morcov tocat marunt. Dupa ce s-a fiert orezul, se incing 2-3 linguri de ulei intr-o tigaie si se adauga legumele, omleta si sunca, toate taiate marunt. Se calesc vreo 5 minute, pana se inmoaie ceapa.
