I was blaming the long commute to and from work, the stressful environment my fiancé and I are in with caring for his father, and the cold winter months and its comfort foods (its winter in Australia now). Its the perfect time to start again. So here I am . 3 days in, feeling alot better, being mindful, so here’s hoping that mini goal and that cute dress are achievable. April 29, 2015.

Images in mirror may be distorted. February 24, 2015. So naturally, when you lose a fair bit of weight, some significant changes come along for the ride. Changes like improved health and wellbeing, increased energy levels and fitness and a change in dress size and a change in the way we see ourselves, and also the way others see us. So much to do, so little time. April 25, 2015. May 14, 2015. Recently there have been numerous social engagements, travel for work, wedding planning, family dramas, late nights and extra long commutes and I have burnt myself out. And mostly because, when I start to get busy the first thing that slips from my routine is my exercise . And when that happens, it worsens the effects of above mentioned busy-ness.
