A Bit of [a] Stretch. I’m not entirely sure what inspired this next poem, but the Courtyard Cafe was a small cafe on campus that hosted a number of small performances. In this instance it would appear that I was there when a Spanish musical performance was going on. My guess is that it was during a multi-cultural week or something, but I’m not positive what would have brought me to it since I don’t know Spanish. In a lighted corner of the world culture lives. Still further, oblivious life continues on.
